The lighting solutions by Besselink Licht are innovative and sustainable. Besselink Licht has no stores apart from its showroom in Duiven – instead, it sells its products in other lighting stores, using a ready-made shop-in-shop-concept.

Regular interior designer

For the design of its shop-in-shop solutions, Besselink Licht has for many years relied on the services of Stenfert Interieur & Design. Marcel Harings, concept manager at Besselink Licht, believes in the importance of long-term business relationships with its suppliers.

Suitable solutions

Stenfert Interieur & Design makes an active contribution to the development and construction of new store concepts for Besselink Licht. But of course, it is Besselink Licht that has the final say.

Marcel Harings continues, “Stenfert supplies everything for our interiors, including the racks and the shelves. When designing lighting stores, there are very many aspects that have to be borne in mind. An example is the need for laying and discreetly hiding electric cables. And of course you have to make sure that the temperature is properly regulated. In addition, it is very important when it comes to lighting that consumers can see the showroom models clearly, without looking directly into the light source.

The commercial side is also vital. How do you make sure that consumers can easily reach all the products on the shelves and in the racks? Where do you put the more expensive products, and where the less expensive ones? These are all aspects where Stenfert plays an important role. Much to our satisfaction.”

Customer-oriented

Any problems that arise during the construction of a store interior are always actively addressed and resolved by Stenfert Interieur & Design.

Marcel Harings adds, “Besselink conceives, and Stenfert builds. In most cases we carry out the installation work ourselves, but for large-scale or new projects, Stenfert and Besselink Licht often work on it together. The people at Stenfert have a very strong customer-oriented approach. Is anything not right? Then they will sort it out, whatever it takes. But without ever losing sight of our wishes. This makes it a pleasure to work with them.”
